Grand Pine's “day of” staff consists of an event manager. The event manager will oversee the property and be available to answer questions from couples, guests, and vendors on your big day. Your bar set-up fee will include your bartenders, security officers, and attendants to bus glassware, and maintain common spaces.
We do require all clients to hire a professional and insured day of coordinator to manage the wedding or event details.
We have two gorgeous suites available for our couples to enjoy while getting ready for their big day. To make the experience even more special, mimosas for the ladies and beers for the guys are available for purchase as you prepare and celebrate!
While the majority of weddings work within the contracted rental time, we do offer the option of an additional morning or night hour for $600 per hour. If the extension requires the bar to go beyond the five-hour allotment you will need to purchase an additional bar hour as well.
While our packages are a great option for most couples, we realize that some of our clients prefer to do all the planning. We have an open vendor policy with the exception of the bar. Only licensed and insured vendors are approved.
You are more than welcome to bring in your own decor. We ask that you only use the pre-approved items for hanging or displaying your pieces. You may not use anything that leaves a permanent mark on the property. Command strips, fishing line, and painter's tape generally work well.
Yes, and please share them with us! We want to celebrate all the magical parts from your engagement to your wedding day. Please reach out to our team to set an appointment at the venue. We allow up to two hours for your portrait session. You may dress at the venue but we ask that you come with your hair and makeup ready.
Once your final planning and floor plan creation are complete we will send over the details to our setup team. Tables and chairs will be set to match your floor plan when you arrive on the wedding or event day.
We have a professional night cleaning crew who will arrive 30 minutes after your exit time. They will take care of emptying canisters and cleaning the venue for the next event. You are only responsible for packing up your personal items and any leftovers you would like to take with you. All items must be removed from the property within 1 hour of the exit.
We can’t wait to celebrate with you. Once you email, text, or call us with your booking date we will send you an electronic venue agreement. Upon receipt of that document, our accountant will invoice you for your first payment. Each payment is 25% of the total venue rental.
No! You won’t find any hidden or surprise service charges in our venue rental contracts—what you see is exactly what you get.
Please note that credit/debit card processing fees will apply for those who choose to pay using a card. There are no additional fees for payments made by cash or bank transfer.
